Info Day | The third informative event organized by University of Crete

Crete Info Day

The University of Crete hosted the third Transcare Info Day, an event organized by the Transcare project to share insights and progress made thus far. This live, open information day focused on externalizing the program’s findings and featured the perspectives of healthcare professionals regarding their educational needs.

This event took place on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Amphitheater 1 within the Medical School of the University of Crete.

Furthermore, the event showcased the program’s open educational platform, known as the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), emphasizing the educational opportunities it provides to healthcare providers. At the same time, students from various relevant academic disciplines had the chance to engage with healthcare professionals, discussing the identified gaps in their curricula related to ensuring patient inclusivity in healthcare access.

The conference program was designed to benefit all healthcare professionals and students studying in fields such as Medicine, Nursing, and Social Work.
